Initiate Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring that all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, clearly marking the Return Authorization Number on the box.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
